欧盟CPSR认证一般周期多久，哪些化妆品需要做CPNP？Cosmetic product’ means any substance or mixture intended to be placed in contact with the external parts of the human body (epidermis, hair system, nails, lips and external genital o r g ans) or with the teeth and the mucous membranes of the oral city with a view exclusively or mainly to cleaning them, perfuming them, changing their appearance, protecting them, keeping them in good condition or correcting body odours.

谁需要做CPNP？Regulation (EC) No 1223/2009 (Article 13) requires that the responsible persons and, under certain circumstances, the distributors of cosmetic products submit some i n f ormation about the products they place or make ailable on the European market through the CPNP.

 

PIF产品资料档案(PIF报告)

欧盟化妆品法规（EC）No 1223/2009规定了欧盟境内销售的化妆品一套产品的资料档案 （Product Information File，PIF），并随时供当局查询。

该资料档案包含产品、生产厂商和责任人的全部信息且须时时更新。

与目前的产品资料套装(PIP)相似，将包括化妆品安全报告和一份GMP符合性声明。

根据现行指令76/768/EEC已经通报的产品也需要提供符合新法规的PIF。

在后一批产品投放市场后由责任人保存10年。

您需要提供化妆品的标识信息，包括品牌名称、产品种类、产品名称、包装材质等。您需要提交产品的实物照片，以及相关实验报告和测试数据。通过提交这些资料，您将获得CPNP注册证书，可以合法销售化妆品并进入欧洲市场。
